All available artworks or art objects are located at the premises of Elephant Design (Sol_by Elephant Design). Please contact us regarding your orders and any special requests. We will be happy to arrange a visit to our studio so that you can view the artworks in person, ask questions and receive any additional information you may need.

AVAILABILITY

All artworks or products presented on our website are either available or made to order. Delivery time depends on the specific characteristics of each item and its production process. For all products listed in our online store https://sliceoflife.gr/, clear indications regarding availability are provided, allowing you to easily check product availability before placing an order.

 

PRICING POLICY

1. All prices listed in our online store include 24% VAT and are final. The same applies when a discount has been applied.
2. The online store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Customers are always required to pay the total amount stated on the issued invoice, even if prices change prior to delivery.
3. Shipping costs for orders from €0.00 to €49.99 amount to €3.00.
4. Shipping costs for large items requiring special handling may vary depending on packaging requirements and the courier company.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

1. Our store cooperates with courier companies responsible for shipping and delivering your order to your location. Courier companies may contact you, if necessary, to schedule a specific delivery time.
2. For shipments of large, heavy or high-value artworks, Sol_by Elephant Design cooperates with a specialized company offering art packaging, transportation and installation services, both domestically and internationally. Shipping method and cost are arranged upon consultation with you.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

1. Shipments are carried out daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
2. Delivery charges are communicated to you directly.
3. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by authorities outside the European Union are payable by the recipient. The online store https://sliceoflife.gr/ may not always be aware of the amount of such charges.
4. In case of any complexity or difficulty in completing an order (e.g. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with delivery.
5. The online store bears no responsibility for non-delivery due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, political unrest, etc.).

 

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery time within Greece ranges from 5 days up to 3 business weeks from the date of order receipt, depending on availability or whether the item is custom-made.
2. Deliveries to remote areas may be delayed by up to 5 additional business days.
   In exceptional cases and upon agreement, the parcel may be delivered to the nearest courier branch for customer pickup.
3. International deliveries may take from 2 business weeks up to 1 month.

 

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS POLICY

1. Our online store allows you to return products for any reason, without obligation to disclose it, within 15 days of delivery.
2. To be accepted, returned products and their packaging must be complete and intact.

 

RETURN NOTIFICATION

If you wish to return items you have received, please notify us at info@sliceoflife.gr or contact us by phone at +30 216 80 92 414 / +30 210 01 02 825, stating your order number and product code. You will receive our response promptly.

 

RETURN SETTLEMENT

The return process is carried out as follows:

1. Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in the condition in which it was delivered, you will be notified by email, and the corresponding amount will be credited to your bank account.
2. Products must be returned to their original packaging and show no signs of use or damage. Upon delivery, we recommend careful inspection of the product without damaging the packaging to ensure return acceptance.
3. For your convenience, we strongly advise checking the condition of the products, packaging and labels upon delivery to identify any visible defects.
4. Returned products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (receipt or invoice).

 

RETURN METHODS

You may return your order using any shipping method of your choice.

 

RETURN COST

The online store covers return shipping costs when:

1. Delivery has been delayed (excluding force majeure).
2. The product has been delivered damaged or defective.

In all other cases:

1. Returned products remain under your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transport. Any damage incurred during return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility.
2. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
3. Returns received outside the terms of this policy will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

1. E-Payments
   Our online store uses e-payment services in the secure environment of the National Bank of Greece, supporting all VISA, MasterCard, Maestro credit, debit and prepaid cards. Please follow the instructions provided on our website during checkout.
2. IRIS Payments
   If the IRIS service is activated at your bank, you may complete your payment by entering our VAT number.

   Payment must be completed within 3 business days from the date of your order. Please include your name and order number as payment reference.
